GRADUATION CELEBRATION
The Center for Group Studies honored its graduates of both the Local and Weekend Training programs with certificates at a celebratory brunch on May 21, 2005. Our grads, their friends and family and our faculty dined and chatted. Many of our graduates shared their experiences at CGS after being presented their certificates. Congratulations to everyone! To view a list of our graduates go to our news and events page.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY CGS (and MANY more)!
CGS held its 15th Anniversary Celebration on May 21 at the Columbia University Faculty House. Everyone enjoyed wonderful company, a stunning view, delicious cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and danced to rollicking live music. Amidst all the fun, the night revealed that CGS has a number of skilled and spirited dancers. A Fundraising Journal with well wishes and ads for CGS was also distributed. You may view the Fundraising Journal in PDF Form.

STRONG ACADEMIC YEAR FOR CGS
We wrapped up a successful spring semester for the Local Training Program. CGS also held its May Weekend Training Program, Specialized Topics in Countertransference, on May 20-22 with a record number of students. Four to six week Summer Workshops are being held during June and July, including How to Form and Maintain a Group, Working with Aggression in the Group Setting, and Group Supervision.
