                   $50 when registering/paying for all three in advance

Letter of attendance $15
Late fee $15
Cancellation fee for weekends: 
               - Upon registration, $100 is non-refundable
               - More than 30 days in advance = $150
               - More than 14 days in advance = $250
               - More than 7 days in advance = $350
               - No refund if cancelled 7 days or less
